one-of-a-kind necklaces

After a ten year hiatus, Irini Arakas has revived her Prova brand with a collection of one-of-a-kind necklaces. These serotonin-inducing offerings are a mash-up of found treasures, everything from hand-blown glass birds and strawberries to vintage glitter balls and cake toppers, all swizzled-up into wearable works of art. They are a visual feast for the eyes, designed to make you smile and a must-have for every avid jewelry collector.

Irini worked at American Vogue for 7 years as a fashion writer and stylist before starting her accessories business in 2005. She sold her first collection of necklaces to Barneys New York, appearing in the store’s windows multiple times. Growing her line to include scarves and dresses, Prova has been sold in the world's top department stores: including Harvey Nichols Hong Kong, Isetan, Colette, Blue Tree, Ikram, Kirna Zabete, HP France, Lane Crawford and Net-A-Porter. Prova designs have also been featured in New York Magazine, Times Magazine, Vogue and worn by Michelle Obama, Taylor Swift and Kendall Jenner. In September 2023, just two months after her relaunch, The New York Times featured Irini and her designs in their Style section.

The new collection is currently sold at Blue Tree NY. Arakas will be showing at Gold Rush during Paris Fashion Week but for immediate inquiries, please contact Irini directly.
